Search the Device List

To search the device list:

  1. On the MiVoice Border Gateway main page, click the Teleworking tab and click Manage.

  2. In the page that opens, define the search parameters:

    1. Device type – Filter by device type:

      • Both – Show both MiNet and SIP devices

      • MiNet – Show only MiNet devices

      • SIP – Show only SIP devices

    2. In call – Filter by call status:

      • Yes – Show devices currently in a call

      • No – Show devices not in a call

      • Either – Show all devices regardless of call status

    3. Connected – Filter by registration status:

      • Yes – Devices that are currently registered (connected) to MBG

      • No – Devices that are not registered

      • Either – Show all devices regardless of connection state

    4. Simple filter – Enter a keyword to filter the results.

      • Keywords for MiNet Sets:

        • Description

        • MAC address

        • Connected / In call

        • DN list

        • Device IPs

        • ICP address

        • Set type

        • Transport

        • Boot FW / Main FW

      • Keywords for SIP Profiles:

        • Description

        • Setside username

        • Icpside username

    5. Rows per page – Select how many device entries you want displayed per page (10, 50, 100, 500, 1000, 2000 and 5000).

After completing a search of devices, you can then edit them simultaneously through the Bulk Modify feature. You can also export the filtered results by clicking Export data. Click Refresh data to update the search results.
